Sarosh & Tyler Silver Oaks Wedding

Sarosh and Tyler were married at Silver Oaks Chateau in Pacific, MO. The beautiful French-inspired venue was perfect for this beautiful wedding day, and the soft, stark loveliness of the space only highlighted Sarosh's vibrant, dramatic beauty. The combination of her traditional Pakistani gown with Tyler's classic tuxedo was stunning; Sarosh and Tyler looked so elegant together. From the fresh, live succulents given as favors to their guests to the simple elegance of their reception decor, this wedding was one of my favorites. Congratulations to Sarosh and Tyler - they make an incredible couple, and it was an honor to photograph their day.

Portland & Seattle Trip

This summer trip was the perfect getaway - it gave us a chance to see and appreciate some of the Pacific Northwest, and it left us refreshed and ready for a busy fall here in St. Louis. We had an amazing time sightseeing near Portland. The Columbia River Gorge, lined with so many stunning waterfalls, made for an amazing drive, and our trip to early morning in misty Cannon Beach was incredible. From Portland, we headed up the long way to Seattle, taking a stop at gorgeous Lavender Valley and spending a night at a quaint farm where we slept with sheep just outside our window. In Seattle, we met up with my cousin Gabe and his wife, Joanne, and we had a great time exploring the city with them. One of the highlights of our time in Seattle was an incredible sushi meal at Sushi Kashiba. It was a fantastic trip - can't wait to go back! 

Ayesha & Sam Forest Park Engagement

We had a perfect day for Ayesha & Sam's engagement in the lovely Forest Park. It's hard to beat Forest Park at the start of spring, when the tulips are in bloom and the trees are freshly covered with leaves. Ayesha and Sam are such a fun and sweet couple, and they were so natural in front of the camera. I can't wait to photograph their Marriott Grand Crystal Ballroom (one of my absolute, all-time favorite venues) wedding later this summer!

Manasi & Bill Marriott St. Louis Grand

These two have a love story that spans continents, and it was such a pleasure to photograph their gorgeous St. Louis wedding. Though Bill and Manasi currently live in Washington, DC, Bill proposed in Cinque Terre, with the stunning cliffs of the Italian coastline behind them. Originally from St. Louis, they decided to tie the knot back where it all began. The Crystal Ballroom was an amazing setting for their wedding; the brightness and light of the room accented the beautiful colors of their Hindu ceremony, and then was an incredibly elegant backdrop for their reception. Not only was this wedding gorgeous, but it was a blast for the guests:  one of the highlights of their reception was a flashmob-esque choreographed dance performed by their entire wedding party. What a day!
